What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your speakers?
Yes, all Eminence speakers come with a limited 7-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers the original purchaser and ensures that your investment is protected against failures in materials or workmanship.
Can I return a speaker if it has been mounted or used?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Once a speaker has been mounted or soldered, it can no longer be sold as new and may only be returned if it is found to be defective under our warranty terms.
