At Eminence Speaker, we stand behind the precision and quality of our audio components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific model of the speaker or component you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all protective foam inserts and documentation, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
